Lindsey Porter has been with A to Z since June 2016. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Lindsey was born and raised in southern Illinois. She moved to Atlanta in 2013 and began working for Fulton County schools. She continues to work for Fulton County and was named Professional of the Year in 2017.
She has a passion for working with children and works with those with autism spectrum disorder, articulation disorder, receptive/expressive language disorder, social communication disorder, and apraxia of speech. Lindsey leads many of A to Z's social skills groups throughout the year. She is also trained in the PROMPT approach.
Lindsey lives in Sandy Springs with her husband and 2 dogs. In her free time, she enjoys working on home DIY projects and spending time with friends and family.
Lindsey is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and licensed by the Georgia State Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
